Dear Bob & Pete, - In early April of 1995, my 1989 Dodge Spirit was struck in the left rear end by the driver of a ford pickup. Hit insurance company attempted to claim my vehicle as being a total loss, however, after Bob's phone call to the insurance company, that decision was reversed. I brought my car in for collision repair on the 18th of April. Due to circumstances beyond your control, parts were delayed. All damaged parts were replaced. Your collision shop offered to pick up the tab on a rental car because of this delay. To me, this was service above and beyond what I expect from a collision shop. I finally took delivery of my car on May 1st. The professionalism and attention to detail was evident in the results of the repairs. I would ask that you pass on to your staff and repair technician my whole hearted thanks for a job well done. There is no evidence of my car ever being damaged. I would recommend South Hill Collision to my friends.

Dear Sirs, - I have thoroughly inspected my 1992 Ford F-150 since your repair of the left front and have found no problems with any part of the repair. When looking underneath and inside, I find it looks like a new truck. I appreciate very much your fine work and the completion before our scheduled vacation.

I often think of writing a letter when I receive great service but seldom do. This time I could not let your efforts go unnoticed. You and your staff bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible. From dealing with my insurance company, making sure I had a rental car, even letting me use a personal vehicle to run a quick errand. Although I never look forward to wrecking my car, I do look forward to doing business with you if necessary and referring my friends and associates to your business. It is great to deal with a business that knows what customer service is and values their customers.
